Shipping  &  Refund

Thank you for visiting Zinng, and welcome to our page detailing our shipping, replacement, returns and refunds policies. Please go through the details. Our business hours are from 10 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, except on public holidays. Please note, we will only process complaints within 5 days of confirmed delivery or after a delay of more than 7 days from the time of placing the order.

Shipping policy

 

We primarily ship through our channel partner Delhivery, Ecom Express & Xpressbees . Our coverage areas are limited to the areas covered by our channel partner. In case your delivery address is not covered by our channels, on request, we will attempt to ship through alternate channel partners for an additional charge.

We usually email you the tracking reference number of your shipment. Customers can track your order through a tracking facility available in their respective websites

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Please allow five to seven days for your order to reach. If you are in Chennai, we’ll probably get your order to you sooner than that. Metro areas usually reach within 4 days. We do not ship our products on Sunday.

We offer free shipping on orders over Rs. 499 after discount. CoD is not available as of now (we are working on it) - It will be included in future as soon as possible.

Cancellation

 

Any cancellations can be processed within 24 hours of placing the orders, by writing to us at zinng.mart@gmail.com. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5-10 working days. You cannot cancel the order and demand refund once the order is successfully handed over to the delivery partner.

 

Returns & Refunds

 

Purchases made from the online store of www.zinng.in cannot be returned after purchase.

Refunds will be processed only under following conditions :

  • If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order

  • You receive a product that is different from what you ordered.

  • If the shipping location is not serviced by our partner courier companies. 

  • If the buyer does not receive the ordered products within 30 days of placing the order. 

 

The amount will be refunded in the customer's mode of payment within the next 7-10 business days, from the date of written confirmation of refund to the customer.

No refund requests will be entertained for damaged products. Damaged products will be exchanged as per our replacement policy. 

Note : 

No refunds will be given in the following cases: 

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items on sale/ discount cannot be refunded or exchanged

  • Incorrect or insufficient address mentioned by the customer. 

  • Non- availability of recipients at the mentioned address and/or premises. 

  • Refusal to accept products.

  • Force majeure event.

  • In case the product has undergone any tampering by the customer.

Replacement

 

We offer full-replacement of products that might be damaged in transit. If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at zinng.mart@gmail.com. Photo proof is required so it is easier for us to process the application for Replacement. Replacement orders are processed immediately after our customer support team validates the damage via communication over email or phone.
